God I Want To Know You More – Morning Prayers To Start The Day
Getting to know God is essential for spiritual growth. Knowing Him and understanding His plans, commands, and laws allows us to begin a journey of transformation.
This journey provides the opportunity to develop an intimate relationship with Him that brings peace, joy, and purpose in our lives. Getting to know god helps us understand his character better so we can trust him more deeply.
It helps build faith that whatever life throws at us god will bring good out of it in the end. As we follow god's plan for our lives it gives direction on how we can live with integrity. By obeying God's commandments it allows us access into His presence which leads to greater blessings in our lives!
Ultimately getting to know God more encourages us to become like Him as mentioned in Matthew 5:48 “You must be perfect—just as your Father in heaven is perfect". When we pray to God daily and read God's Word, it deepens our knowledge of who God is we are able open up new opportunities for spiritual maturity and growth!
Seek God More Morning Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I come to You this morning in prayer, grateful for a new day and the fresh start it brings. As I open my heart and mind to You, help me to embrace Your presence and be aware of it in every moment. Guide me with Your wisdom as I make decisions throughout the day. Remind me of my purpose in life and why I am on this journey.
Help me to guard my mind against negative thoughts that can impede my progress. Fill my heart with peace, joy and optimism so that no matter what challenges the day may bring, I can stay grounded in faith and trust in Your divine plan. Give me strength when I am feeling discouraged or exhausted and offer me comfort when I feel anxious or afraid.
Let every morning be an opportunity to deepen my relationship with You, Lord God. May I always seek Your guidance and draw closer to You as the source of all life's blessings.

Start a New Day With God Morning Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for this morning and the opportunity to start a new day. As I open my eyes to greet the morning sun, I choose to focus on all of the wonderful blessings You have given me.
I am thankful for the beauty of nature and the life that surrounds me. I pray for guidance as I face the challenges that lie ahead and for strength to stay strong in difficult times.
Guide me through this day with Your wisdom and compassion so that I may live a life that honors You. Help me to stay mindful of Your presence in all things, so that I can appreciate each moment as it passes.
Give me peace of mind in knowing that whatever comes my way today, You will be with me every step of the way. Bless those who are less fortunate than I am, guide them through their day with Your love and grace.
Open my heart to embrace Your goodness and fill it with joy and gratitude for all You have done for me. Lord, please help me find Your truth throughout this morning prayer so that I can remain connected to You during my day-to-day activities.
May your Spirit bring clarity when faced with hard decisions and give me courage when faced with adversity. May my morning prayer become more than empty words but rather an extension of my faith in You, Lord God Almighty!
