Prayers for anxiety are a powerful way to push back the darkness. Even when the enemy would like nothing better to make someone anxious, praying to God in faith will bring great deliverance from fear.

Is worry and fear fastening a grip around your life? Do you find yourself anxious and worried? Is what you are facing appearing too much for you to handle? When anxiety is doing it's best to try and overtake your life, and you don't know what to do, remember that there is power in prayers against anxiety!

When you're feeling overcome, the best thing you can do is go to the Lord immediately. He knows exactly what you are facing, even if it's your own fault, and He has a plan of escape.

Father, I come before you with a heavy heart. As You know, the stress, worry, and fear feels like it is suffocating me.  I feel drained and I feel that there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

I am tired and feel like this a battle that I cannot win. I don't know how I've come to this place of dealing with such anxiety and worry. What I do know is that You have the answer!

I am fighting with all I have left in order to turn my eyes to You! I look to You because You are the Source of my help! You are my strength and my refuge! In You do I trust!

I speak to this anxiety and I bind you. I rebuke you in the Name of Jesus. God has not given me a spirit of fear but power, love, and a sound mind! That means a mind that can think calmly and clearly!

Holy Spirit, guide and show me what I should do in my situation. I look to You and the Word of God for direction. I have all that I need in Christ to overcome all that I face. The Bible says that the peace of God is mine, right now. I don't have to do something in order to get it. Therefore I speak peace over this situation and over myself right now!

Thank You that I can come to You and find rest. I am grateful that I can always come to You!

Lord, the source of anxiety, fear, and worry is the enemy. I don't need to question this. You are good and the enemy is bad. Please give me greater discernment to recognize when the enemy is plotting to get fear into my life. I don't want to let him get a foothold!

I ask You to please forgive me for trying in the past to handle anxiety on my own. You haven't created me to do life on my own. You desire to walk with me every single day. You want to be a part of my life and want me to follow Your lead. You will always lead me to victory!

I declare that by Your grace, when anxious thoughts show up, I will recognize them, I will remain calm, and I will rebuke that thought in Jesus Name!

Holy Spirit please help me to renew my mind and change me to handle anxiety as You desire. I will pray a quick prayer for deliverance and praise You that I triumph in Christ!

Going forward from this prayer, no matter how big or small the situation that I face, I will now run at it with boldness knowing You are right there with me. Your peace will surround me!

I declare that all things are working together for good because I love You and I am called according to Your purpose. With me following Your lead, anxiety will no longer overcome me!

Father, I come to You because through Christ, You've said I can always enter Your presence. When I call You hear me. On the other hand, when You call, I too know Your voice Lord.
