Prayer To Refocus Your Affection On The Lord

Welcome to the prayer to refocus your affection on the Lord.

This is a prayer I’ve put together where I would like to pray for anyone within the sound of my voice.

All I ask you to do, is to agree with me as I pray, and together we will seek our Heavenly Father.

Let us pray…

Heavenly Father, we gather together and come into agreement in the wonderful and powerful Name of Jesus Christ.

Where two or more are gathered there You’ll be in the midst of us and anything we agree upon as touching You will surely do.

Father in Jesus Name, there is no distance in the spirit and we thank You for the listener who desires a prayer to refocus their affection on You.

Father, the listener’s desire is to get to know You more and more.

They want to be in this world but not of it – set apart for the work You have for them to do.

We ask You to show them if there is an area in their life where they may be tainted with the world.

If there is an area in their life that is displeasing to You please show them.

This is not an easy prayer to make but it’s necessary for them as they strive to set their affection wholly on You.

They do not want to slip back into the life from which You set them free!

Lord, if their affection for anything else in this world is greater than their affection for You please show them as they are ready for change!

We decree and declare that the listener is even more deeply in love with You than at any other time in their life in Jesus Name.

We decree and declare that their genuine affection for you is so deep that they will never turn back to the life from which they’ve been delivered!

Their relationship with You is abundantly fruitful and growing daily in Jesus Name!

They simply have no relational obligations greater than the sense of obligation that they feel for their Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. Glory!

They are saved!

They are redeemed!

They are set free!

Their affection for You is rock solid and they will serve You all the days of their life in Jesus Name!

We believe and receive everything we’ve prayed and give You glory in advance for this prayer is answered!

In the wonderful and precious Name of Jesus we pray, amen.
