Prayer To Be a Faithful and Dedicated Friend To Others

Welcome to the prayer to be a faithful and dedicated friend to others.

This is a prayer I’ve put together where I would like to pray for anyone within the sound of my voice.

All I ask you to do, is to agree with me as I pray, and together we will seek our Heavenly Father.

Let us pray…

Heavenly Father, we gather together and come into agreement in the wonderful and powerful Name of Jesus Christ.

Where two or more are gathered there You’ll be in the midst of us and anything we agree upon as touching You will surely do.

Father in Jesus Name, there is no distance in the spirit and we thank You for the listener who desires a prayer to be a faithful and dedicated friend to others.

Father, please forgive them for the times they fell short in their friendship towards others.

For the times they may have spoke and acted unbecomingly to them.

For the times they may have treated their friends outside of love.

For the times they may have talked behind their back.

In this prayer we crumple all those unfriendly thoughts and actions up like a paper ball and throw it all into Your hands of forgiveness.

Thank You that the listener is totally forgiven.

Please help them to be as true a friend as they can be.

Help them to carry themselves with integrity in Jesus Name.

We decree and declare that the listener walks in love, is truthful, and is a genuine friend.

We decree and declare that they are as true a friend as You created friendship to be in Jesus Name.

Their ‘yes’ is ‘yes’ and their ‘no’ is ‘no’.

They say what they means and follow through on what they say they’ll do.

We speak restoration over their existing friendships. We speak life into the friendships they are to keep and nurture.

Thank You that the listener is quick to repent when they make a mistake. They are quick to request forgiveness.

As a result their friendships are strong and they are trusted.

Praise You that they are as pure a friend as a friend can be.

We believe and receive everything we’ve prayed and give You glory in advance for this prayer is answered!
